I have not seen such quality, customer service in a LONG time! Vince is my guy from here on out. He called to let me know he was on the way but was stuck in traffic. He was courteous, respectful, professional, honest, patient, friendly, definitely trustworthy and knowledgeable. Vince took the time to explain to me in detail why caused the three issues and how to avoid them next time. Vince is the epitome of Titan Plumbing & Electric - "Honest and Trustworthy". Thank you Titan Plumbing & Electric because it was refreshing to have such an outstanding Plumber!!

Vince was amazing, on time and extremely professional and knowledgeable. Came in checked everything out and went straight to work on the issue right away, once he was done he walked me through everything that he did and told me some pointers about the plumbing and what to look out for (we are in a slightly older home). 10/10 will always be using this company thanks to Vince!!!

I called Titan to help with a sewer lateral repair that needed to be done quickly. They were able to respond in a timely manner and sent out their service tech named Vince. I was very impressed with Vince's knowledge and his professional demeanor. He was able to fix the problem while keeping a very curious homeowner in-the-loop and confident with the repair. Vince turned me into a Titan fan.
